Let Them Eat Cake!

The challenge this week at Heart 2 Heart is "Let Them Eat Cake!" I created a fun birthday card for this challenge. I love the colors from the Confetti Wishes paper pack. Creating the cake with the Build-A-Cake stamp set was so much fun!
